One platform with a variety of movement options from building in the basics, moving on the mat with Pilates, and adding more load with strength training.
Jill’s classes are easy to follow and great for the days when I feel a bit unmotivated but I know that moving always helps me feel better.
Having the option to do it at home, when I can, in my own space has been such a help during my postnatal recovery. I can feel how doing it more often, even if for 8 minutes, really helps me over time.

Yes, I do. The online studio space is all pre-recorded classes you can use at any time. If you would like a 1-on-1 session, we can arrange this through an appointment.
I recommend investing in some equipment that will make your movement at home more effective. Things to consider investing in: a mat, a small squishy pilates ball, 2 yoga blocks (or books), and some kettlebells and dumbbells for the strength classes. You don’t need much but some to start and then you go from there.
Classes range from 6 minutes to 45 minutes long. You can see how much time you have and pick what fits your schedule.
I recommend starting with the section: Better your BASICS. This section will give you a good understanding of the value of breathwork, finding a good position to breathe in, understanding the role of finding your hamstrings and abdominals for a good stack position (ribcage over the pelvis), and helping you understand how the basics should be felt in your body.
Within this section, I have a series of classes called “DAILY DOSE” and these are recommended you do daily. I have made a longer version and an express one—so, if you are short on time, that is ok. These are also great to do prior to other classes.
