This 12 week program is designed to transform you from a body that feels unstable, disconnected and unsure to a resilient, strong and capable mover. With access to 1:1 support, accountability and community, you will never be left on your own. The combination of smart strength training and an intelligent pilates practice will give you the FREEDOM to continue doing things you love with confidence and enjoyment.
Individual sessions or small group training is a great option if you feel you are not ready for a group or have a specific concern you would like to address and improve. Private sessions encompass a whole-body approach to movement—we begin with a full assessment from which an intake and movement plan is created, customized to your needs.
I started Pilates with the objective to strengthen my core and improve flexibility. When I began, Jill did a great job in guiding me through the first few sessions and this motivated me to continue. Jill is a superb instructor who is very professional, attentive, persistent, and tough.
