Our classes are open to all levels and many start without any previous experience with Pilates or training. Just come with an open mind and understanding of the process of learning—we will guide you along the way.
For all the Pilates classes on the mat and apparatus, bare feet are best. If you like to keep your feet warm, socks with grip are highly recommended. For Strength Training classes, shoes are optional but I would encourage you to try without. If you prefer shoes, please consider indoor shoes to use in the studio.

Yes, definitely. The most important thing to consider in your pregnancy is how you feel moving. We have qualified teachers to guide you in class. Staying strong, connected and empowered is so important throughout this phase of your life.
This is so individual so we prefer you reach out if you have any questions. Typically you will be cleared by your GP to start moving. I highly recommend all postnatal moms see a pelvic floor therapist prior to beginning—we have one in our studio for this reason. I suggest that you begin to move with a postnatal group to really understand what the priority is in your recovery and how to read your body as you build back your connections.
All passes, group sessions, and private training sessions are valid for 5 months.

Everyone loves the Reformer… and for good reason. It’s both supportive and challenging as you move through different positions using the resistance of the springs and straps. The Reformer can help you build strength in your body while giving you feedback and support as you train.
The Tower apparatus is where we can get creative and use the resistance of the springs and bars to challenge our practice, as well as support our bodies in space so we can build our awareness and feel deeper connections in our bodies as we move.
Pilates originated on the mat—learning how to move with flow, precision, and concentration. Adding in breathwork, muscle activations, and optimal positioning will leave you feeling more centered.
This class is a combination of the best of both worlds, Pilates AND strength. We will work on building strength with a focus on good technique and use the tower apparatus as a tool to keep our spine moving well in between our sets of higher weights. This is a great class for anyone new to strength training who wants to learn more and build muscle mass. It is also for that Pilates enthusiast who is curious to add in more strength training.
As we age, we begin to lose muscle mass, making strength building critical for our vitality at any age, but especially as we get older. If the big centers are too intimidating, you can learn and build this skill set of learning how to lift heavier weights safely and feel good doing it.
Reserved just for the guys, this class will focus on building strength, mobility, core strength, and breathwork. Understanding how we move more optimally will diminish those nagging injuries and give you strength and stamina to continue to do the activities you enjoy outside the studio.
The changes we face in our bodies through pregnancy are vast and happen quickly. While we adapt to the growing baby, it is important to maintain a balance of strength and connection. In this class, you will prepare for delivery through different breathing strategies, positions, and other useful tools to empower you. Not only will you feel better as you move through the pregnancy but you will also help your body transition after the baby is born.
Having gone through pregnancy, delivery, and now life with a newborn, making time for you to begin to recover is fundamental for recovery. You have been through a lot and understanding that this process takes time (up to one year) is important to remember. Reconnecting to the pelvic floor and deep core muscles in a balanced way is our main goal. Finding a more optimal position of the ribcage and pelvis through various exercises to build strength and use the breath to open up areas of compression will be the framework of your recovery. When often it is all about the baby, you are the focus here.
