After having kids, I felt a bit lost in a body that is going through so many changes in a short period of time. Jill brings an approach that was needed during this time. She has a very professional and holistic approach to the body and movement that is giving me much more understanding and more tools to move. As a busy mom of three, and a debilitating pelvic floor injury, I tried so many programs (so many!) and other programs just didn’t really work because they only focused on one specific area or left me trying to figure it all out at home on my own. That's why I created this program, to provide you with all the tools, support, and guidance to help you feel confident and capable in your body again.
What equipment do I need?
I don’t have much time. How long are the sessions?
Each strength session will be between 30-45 minutes. Pilates classes will be 45 minutes. This is on purpose. It is the perfect amount of time to get a solid session in and not too long it’s just too much to fit in.
I am not sure if I can afford this. Do you have any advice?
The main focus of my program is that you get results. That you get a shift in your body that gives you confidence, energy and your life back! This takes you doing the work each week with a progressive plan AND feedback, support and coaching from me. You will get all of this! It is all here in one place and with this set up, you will no longer feel like you are wasting time, money, energy hopping from one practitioner to another searching for answers. We take ownership ourselves with smart training and a good coach that is going to listen to you and help you along the way. This is something that will pay forwards for years to come.

Is this just for women?
Definitely not. I coach a lot of men in my studio and in this program and they get great results and find so much value in this type of approach. No matter what, we can all relate to finding ourselves and our way of looking after ourselves a little bit neglected as life gets busier.
How do I know if I am doing things correctly if it is online?
This comes up a lot and this is why I have the 1:1 support for you, every week. This is our private messaging that you can ask any questions, send any videos and I will coach you through it. We need this to build the skills, which build the confidence. Having this access makes it SO worth your time cause you are not just doing it, but will know that you are doing it well.
How long is the program?
The initial program is 12 weeks. This is the minimum commitment. After this, you will automatically be enrolled into a monthly plan. In my experience, I recommend giving yourself time to practice. We forget as adults that this is a normal process for any new skill. We need time and having 6-9 months gives the best results. If it works for you and you want to continue, you are most welcome.
